FAQ

Do you have an order deadline for delivery on the same day?

Yes, our deadline is set at 1pm for week days to ensure our flowers arrive at a reasonable hour to our customers. As a guide we normally have sold our selection of bouquets by 12.00pm.

Saturday orders need to be recieved by 12pm.
 


Am I able to order my bouquet in advance?

Yes, just click your desired delivery date in the 'delivery details' section when checking out and paying for your order. If you want to be extra organised, you are able to order up to 1 year in advance! Although we cannot guarantee what the arrangement will consist of we can guarantee that it will be beautiful, fresh and packaged in our signature style.
 


Can I send the bouquet to my own address to present in person?

When you reach the ‘Payment’ section you will only need to fill out the billing details as your shipping details will be the same. You can choose to leave the message tag blank to pop in your own message or we can put in a message of your choice.
 


Can I pick up my flowers?

Unfortunately this option is not available due to the nature of our premises but you can be rest assured that our delivery service is of top quality.
 


Can you make bigger bouquets than what is specified on the website?

The largest bouquet that we offer is our $60 option however, if you do require something larger again, simply give us a call and we can arrange to put something together for you.
 


Do you do event or wedding flowers?

Yes, we can offer services for both events and weddings. Further information for this can be located in our ‘About’ tab under ‘Services’.
 


Can I send other items with my flowers?

You sure can, we offer a variety of items as ‘Add Ons’ to any of the daily arrangements. Simply select the ‘Extras’ menu in the ‘shop’ tab and select the category for which you would like to purchase from.
 


Are you aware of what flowers will be available for sale prior to the day?

As our flowers daily at the best price possible it is difficult for us to have control over future arrangements. We will post the arrangements up on our website the evening before, so check in with us daily to keep up to date on what’s available.
 


How fresh is the product?

Our aim is to provide you with the freshest produce available, this means we are regularly at the auctions sourcing product to achieve this.
 


What happens if no one is home?

No one’s home? No hassle! Our courier team are happy to place the bouquet in a safe, dry spot and leave a calling card to say they stopped by.

 

What if where I want to send my flowers to is not on the delivery drop down menu?

Get in touch! Some other parts of Auckland that are not listed here are available for delivery but have a different rural rate. We will do our best to get your flowers to your desired destination.
